Dorset Schools Success

The 2025 South West Girls Championship was held on Tuesday 27th May at Enmore Park GC in Somerset under the banner of the English Schools Golf Association. The event is made of up of a county team competition and an individual title. 

We're extremely proud to report that we've had a Dorset Golf double! The team, made up of Evie Brown, Honor Johnson and Amelia Slavin, secured first place in the team event representing Dorset Schools with a total score of 303 (+7). Well done, girls!

In the individual event, Evie Brown, attached to Broadstone GC, claimed top spot after two impressive rounds of 75 (R1) and 73 (R2), meaning she shot level par overall and won by a clear shot! Great stuff, Evie!
